All custom items are non-refundable. Large custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit before design work begins, materials are ordered, or production starts. Rush service is available starting at $15 and is subject to availability. Rush orders are not guaranteed until confirmed by MoKinz Co. Final pricing and deposit requirements will be confirmed after your order details are reviewed.
