How do I place a custom order?
Complete the Custom Order Form with the item, size, quantity, colors, wording, deadline, and design details. You may upload your completed design or an inspiration photo.
Can MoKinz Co create a design for me?
Yes. You may submit your own completed design, upload an inspiration image, or ask MoKinz Co to create a design based on your ideas.
What shirt brands do you offer?
Comfort Colors 1717 is our standard tee for new designs. Bella+Canvas and Gildan options are available upon request and may vary in price, color availability, and sizing. Visit our Shirt Styles & Size Guide for more information.
What shirt sizes are available?
Adult and youth sizes are available. Exact sizing varies depending on the selected brand, style, and color. Please review our Shirt Styles & Size Guide before ordering.
Can I request a shirt color that is not listed?
Yes. You may send us a message, submit a Custom Order Form, or leave the requested color in the order notes at checkout. Specialty colors are subject to availability and may cost more.
Can I request a different shirt brand?
Yes. Alternate shirt brands may be requested. Pricing may change depending on the selected brand, size, and color.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Custom and personalized items are nonrefundable and cannot be returned or exchanged after approval or once production has started. Please carefully review all names, spelling, sizes, colors, photos, wording, and design details before approving your order.
Is a deposit required?
Large custom orders require a 50% nonrefundable deposit before design work begins, materials are ordered, or production starts. Deposit requirements will be confirmed after your order details are reviewed.
When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining balance must be paid before the completed order is shipped, delivered, or released for pickup.
How long will my order take?
Turnaround time depends on the product, quantity, design details, and availability of materials. Your estimated completion date will be confirmed before production begins.
Do you offer rush orders?
Rush service may be available starting at $15, depending on the item, quantity, requested completion date, and material availability. Rush orders are not guaranteed until confirmed by MoKinz Co.
Do you offer local pickup?
Local pickup may be available in the Shreveport–Bossier area by appointment. Pickup instructions will be provided after your order is complete.
Do you offer shipping?
Yes. Shipping is available within the United States. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout.
Can I leave special instructions with my order?
Yes. Use the order-notes box in your cart for color requests, alternate shirt brands, deadlines, or other instructions. Detailed custom requests should still be submitted through the Custom Order Form.
Can I upload a picture or design with my request?
Yes. The Custom Order Form includes an upload field for completed designs, logos, photos, and inspiration images.
Will the colors look exactly the same as they do on my screen?
Colors may appear slightly different because of screen settings, lighting, shirt color, material, and the printing method used.
