Terms of Service

By placing an order with MoKinz Co, you agree to the policies and terms listed on this website.

MoKinz Co offers custom and ready-made apparel, personalized gifts, drinkware, accessories, hats, patches, license plate tags, button pins, party items, and other creative products.

For custom orders, customers may submit their own design, provide an inspiration image, or request that MoKinz Co create a design. Custom orders are not confirmed until the design details, pricing, turnaround time, and payment requirements have been reviewed and accepted.

All custom and personalized items are made specifically for the customer and are non-refundable once approved or once production has started. Large custom orders require a 50% nonrefundable deposit before design work begins, materials are ordered, or production starts. Deposit requirements will be confirmed after the order details are reviewed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate order information, including names, spelling, sizes, colors, dates, photos, logos, wording, shipping address, and contact information.

MoKinz Co reserves the right to refuse any order that includes inappropriate, offensive, copyrighted, trademarked, or restricted content.

Product colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings, lighting, shirt color, material, or print method.
