Shipping Policy

MoKinz Co ships orders within the United States.

Most items are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order is shipped. Larger custom orders may require additional processing time depending on the quantity, design details, and supply availability.

Standard shipping is currently $8.00. Orders of $70.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. MoKinz Co is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other issues outside of our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

Local pickup may be available for Shreveport–Bossier customers by appointment only. Pickup details will be confirmed by text or email when the order is ready.
